RecruitStudio

For small recruiting agencies and independent headhunters

More time for conversations. Less recruiting admin.

RecruitStudio is being developed for small recruiting agencies and independent headhunters. It is planned to take on the paperwork around a search, from sourcing notes to client reports, so you can spend more of your day talking to candidates and clients.

Coming soon In development. No launch date has been set.
Planned workflow

From scattered information to a report your client can read.

Notes, CVs and transcripts come together in one candidate profile. You review it, then it becomes part of a client report.

How RecruitStudio is planned to workCandidate information, interview notes and interview transcripts are gathered and organized into a candidate profile. The recruiter reviews and edits the profile and makes every decision. The recruiter's approved profiles become a client report, which is sent only when the recruiter approves. Five planned workflows

What RecruitStudio is being built to do

Each function below is planned and in development. None of them is available today. The examples are mockups with invented data.

  1. Sourcing candidates

    Planned

Turn a role brief into clear search criteria, and keep the potential candidates you find in one longlist for that search, with where each one came from.

You decide who to approach. The longlist is not ranked.

    Location
    Leeds, hybrid
    Must have
    5+ years in warehouse operations

    • Daniel OkoroOperations Supervisor, retailApplied
    • Marta LindgrenLogistics Manager, wholesaleOwn network
  2. Compiling recruiting notes

    Planned

Collect call notes, emails and your own observations about each candidate in one place, organized by search, instead of across notebooks and inboxes.

You decide what is relevant and what goes into a profile.

    • Leads a team of 40 across two shifts.
    • Notice period of eight weeks.
    • Wants less weekend work. Open to a hybrid role.
    • Asked for the client's team structure before a second call.
From: phone call, emailAdded by you
  3. Transcribing interviews

    Planned

Turn interviews you record, with the candidate's permission, into a written transcript, so you can listen during the conversation instead of typing.

You decide what the conversation tells you about the candidate.

    • 14:31RecruiterHow much notice would you need to give?
  4. Compiling candidate profiles

    Planned

Draft a structured profile from the CV, your notes and the transcript: experience, motivation, availability and expectations, in a consistent format.

You write the assessment, and edit and approve every profile.

  5. Preparing and sending client reports

    Planned

Assemble the profiles you approved into a clear report for your client, ready to send from your own account once you have checked it.

You decide which candidates to present and when the report is sent.

Human control

RecruitStudio helps organize the work. Recruiters evaluate candidates and make decisions.

  • No candidate grading, scoring or ranking
  • No automated hiring decisions
  • No automatic rejection of applicants

RecruitStudio is designed to gather, organize and draft. It does not judge people. Recruiters remain responsible for evaluating candidates and for every hiring recommendation and decision.
